By default your Invidyo camera will be in Automatic Night Vision mode. This means that the camera will turn off night vision during the day and turn it on during the night. This the recommended setting.
In order to change your night vision settings, go to camera settings screen by clicking on the settings button in the upper right corner of your "Events" screen.
Expand the "Night Vision Settings" tab to choose between values of ON, OFF or AUTO. Remember the recommended setting is AUTO. Do not use the other settings unless you have a specific reason to do so.
If you set this value to OFF, the camera won't turn on the IR Leds even in the dark and you wont be able to see much at night. Use this setting only if you have a specific reason to turn off the IR lights at night.
If you set this value to ON, camera will switch to night vision always ON mode. In this mode, the night vision IR lights will always be ON and the video will be in black and white. Again, we recommend you to use this mode only if you have a specific reason to do so.
